Yes. In order to obtain the Golden Visa Greece as a non-EU citizen – applicable to citizens of the USA, UK, AUS, and NZ, amongst others– ) you have until December 31, 2023, to complete the contracts already in progress for the regions affected by the changing rules. 

However, you must have put down a 10% deposit on the property by April 30, 2023. Once these conditions are met, you can obtain the Golden Visa at the minimum cost of €250,000 to purchase a property anywhere in the country.
