- Constitute spam, unauthorised commercial advertising, or are excessively repetitive and irrelevant to the legal and technological topics discussed.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or data protection rights of third parties (e.g., posting unauthorised personal data or private images).
The accounts we follow, the content we share, or the hashtags we utilise do not constitute a formal endorsement by LEXIDY TECH S.L. of those accounts or their underlying ideologies.
5. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All original content generated by LEXIDY TECH S.L. and published on its social media profiles, including texts, graphics, videos, podcasts, software interfaces, and branding elements, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Lexidy Law Boutique SLP and/or LEXIDY TECH S.L.
Users are permitted to share this content utilising the native sharing functionalities of the respective platforms, provided that LEXIDY TECH S.L. is clearly identified as the original author.
When LEXIDY TECH S.L. shares external news articles, it does so in strict adherence to the snippet exemption of the EU Copyright Directive in the Digital Single Market (Article 15), recognising that the intellectual property of the linked articles belongs entirely to the respective press publishers.

- Purpose of Processing: LEXIDY TECH S.L. processes your public profile data, comments, and direct messages solely for the purposes of managing our online community, responding to direct inquiries, and analysing the statistical reach of our digital presence based on our legitimate corporate interest or your explicit consent.
- Exercise of Rights: Under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD 3/2018, you retain the right to Access, Rectify, Erase, Restrict, Object, and Port your data (data portability), as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, and rights concerning the digital will of deceased persons and the rectification of digital media.
