As you remember, since July 6th, 2020, UK citizens who were residing in Spain or who were going to do so during the Brexit transition period, had the possibility of regularising their situation in Spain in order to maintain their rights as EU citizens, before the end of this transition period, which ends on December 31st, 2020.

Despite this, yet, the Spanish government did not announce any special procedures to simplify immigration of UK nationals after the end of the transition period apart from already existing ones.
UK citizens who currently reside in Spain.
Those UK citizens who already had an EU Registry Certificate could apply to exchange it for a Foreigner Identity Card (and will be able to do so in 2021), and those UK citizens who had exercised their right of residence in Spain before December 31st, 2020, could apply for a special UK residence permit, in order to maintain their rights as European citizens.
Immigration to Spain after the Brexit and transition period.
UK citizens who have not exercised their right of residence in Spain during the transition period, and who wish to move after December 31st, 2020 will have the same right as Non-European residents.
These citizens will be considered as non-European citizens in all areas and, in case there are no new regulations for UK citizens, they will have to apply for a residence permit in the same way as any non-EU citizen, such as a Non-Lucrative Residence Permit, a Golden Visa, a Residence and Work Permit for employees or self-employed, etc.
