CHOOSE THE SPECIAL REGIME
1. The taxpayer must notify the Tax Administration of their option for taxes under the special regime during the first six months after starting the activity listed in the registry with Social Security.
2. Document issued by the entity resident in Spain, expressing recognition of the posting in order to provide services, with a copy of the employer's posting document, the start date of the activity that appears in the registration with Social Security.
